SUMMARY:Responsible for providing dining service within a fast food/snack bar establishment to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer services. Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to Guests in accordance with venue standards.
- Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e. taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining customers dining area in a clean and neat manner.
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, soda, or teas.
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the Food Court as assigned.
- Service/prepare food & beverage orders in accordance with established service standards.
- Responsible for receiving payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Complies with all health and safety standards/regulations as well as all applicable beverage, federal, state and local laws/ordinances.
- Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfills.
- Maintain a good working relationship and provide daily detailed communications with the Leaders and other co-workers in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
- Maintains a working knowledge of facilities/outlets and special and upcoming events on property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
- Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- All other duties as assigned.

Ability to write routine reports.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
