The Types of “Energy” You Bring -    

  • You have high guest service standards and the required skills to set expectations for the team to deliver differentiated guest service experiences.  

  • You are an effective communicator, able to give directions clearly and concisely through training and positive reinforcement.  

  • You possess standard operating and procedural knowledge and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to through consistency in behavior and a positive attitude. 

  • You leverage multi-tasking skills that allow you to keep all positions of the restaurant moving smoothly, able to jump in to assist at any time.  

  • You have knowledge of products, storage requirements, and safe food handling.   

  • You are exceptionally good at time management, understanding the sense of urgency that is needed to lead the team get all guest served in a timely fashion.  

“Gauges” of Responsibility –   

  • Prepare all Ramunto's menu items in an appetizing and safe manner. 

  • Schedule & Staff operation. Must be available all shifts and keep operation open for business for all hours open (most likely 9am-9pm, 7 days per week). 

  • Work the front counter & prep areas along with staff.

  • Place all food & supply orders, checking in orders and organizing stock. 

  • Hire & Train of all employees. 

  • Complete full  Ramunto's training offsite prior to opening. 

  • Set up all staff for offsite Ramunto's training prior to opening. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of shop.

  • Maintain Ramunto's brand standards.

  • Complete accurate Cost counts every week. 

  • Execute & delegate shift duties including temp logs, product dating, timers & shelf-life tagging. 

  • Follow up on tasks need to improve Global and Ramunto's inspections. 

  • Maintain shop to local health code and follow up on tasks assigned by Dept of Health. 

  • Attend Ramunto's/District meetings as needed. 

  • Attend & schedule staff for Serv-safe class as required. 

  • Resolve guest issues in an efficient and professional manner. 

  • Perform shift cash out and complete reports .

  • Complete computer tasks including daily paperwork, payroll reconciliation, email, other required reports

Additional Requirements -   

  • Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays 

  • 2 years foodservice or retail management.

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • ServSafe certificate preferred 

  • Ability to stand, bend, perform physical tasks of kitchen work 

  • Ability to lift 40lbs
