Job Description:Job descriptionTITLE: Lunch AideHOURS: 10:30am - 1:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 10:00am - 12:00pm (Friday)SALARY: $15.75 per/hrQUALIFICATIONS:* A high school diploma or such qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate.* The ability to work well with children.* A responsible, mature outlook.* The ability to take direction from teachers and administrators.REPORTS TO: PrincipalJOB GOAL:* To assist in maintaining a safe and orderly lunchroom and playground at the elementary school level.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:* Monitors the students' behavior while they are in line.* Monitors the students' behavior at their lunch tables while they eat and afterward to ensure they dispose of their garbage.* Performs other duties as delegated by the Student Service Manager or Principal.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten monthsEVALUATION: Annual recommendation for renewal by PrincipalJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.75Schedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: In person
