Food Service Supervisor
Assists the Food Service Director to assure all Department Of Health regulations are observed in the preparation and service of meals
Preparation of menus and scheduling of staff.
Supervises Dining Services personnel and enforces departmental policies and procedures in order to provide timely-quality food service to residents, staff and quests
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of food and non-food supplies.
Directs Dietary Aides in preparation, service and clean-up of meal service to ensure all standards are met.
Completes all forms and reports as assigned according to departmental policies and procedures.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a nursing home facility
Able to work weekdays and weekends
