This position is responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and all equipment utilized in this position.Essential Position Responsibilities* Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients* Maintain cleanliness of work areas and services areas through general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surface areas* Clean soiled dishes utilizing proper procedure and technique and store in an appropriate manner* Sort and remove trash, place in correct area for disposalQualifications* Education: High School Diploma or GED* Licensure and Certifications: N/A* Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a food service production area, preferred.Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.
