DescriptionFLSA Employment Status: Nonexempt/Hourly JOB SUMMARY Performs a variety of food preparation duties such as preparing cold foods and maintaining and cleaning kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. Serves food to patients, staff, and visitors.Processes new diets and menus or changes to existing diets or menus. Tallies and records nutrition information, and informs dietary staff of patient requirements based on this information.
