The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability to be successful. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Follow daily production records for quantities needed.
- Utilize batch cooking procedures to insure a quality product.
- Assembling cold plates, prepping salads, vegetables, cutting fruits and vegetables, and making desserts.
- Follow daily prep and pull schedules as indicated on production records.
- Document and record temperatures as required.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Serv safe certificate or willing to obtain it.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of temperature requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Basic cooking skills.
- Basic computer and software skills.
