Level II recommendedSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to understand written and verbal food preparation and safety instructionsWorking knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production proceduresAbility to operate large and small kitchen equipment and toolsAbility to perform basic mathExperience:1 year cooking experience
