Staff Needed: One (1) Food Services Special Assistant
Qualifications:
The Special Assistant to the Executive Director of Food Services shall:
* Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
* Have at least 3 years of K-12 Food Service experience.
* Hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
* Have some knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
* Be familiar with all safety and sanitary practices that pertain to food handling.
* Hold Manager's ServSafe Certification, or receive certification within the first 6 months of employment.
* Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Have some accounting experience.
* Be well versed in CN programs (CEP, NSLP, SBP, CACFP, ASP).
* Have working knowledge of inventory control practices.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Be able to lift and carry 25 pounds unassisted.
Salary: As per negotiated contract
