Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $26.50 per hour ($12.50 per hour plus average $14.00 per hour in tips). Opportunity to participate in 50% employer-paid health benefits for hourly employees who average over 30 hours per week. We provide paid sick leave as required by the HFWA.

Job Title: MooMobile Shift Lead

Reports To: General Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive a large truck in/around the city and suburbs of the Front Range safely
  • Ability to manage time effectively with punctual arrival/departures from events
  • Effectively organizes and leads their shift for effective and positive results
  • Communicates well with manager & truck team regarding vehicle & events
  • Greet customers and makes them feel welcome and comfortable
  • Serve customers' and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Follow Sweet Cow's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members and vehicle during each shift
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Serve menu items to customers in a courteous and timely manner
  • Quickly and accurately prepare menu items for customers.
  • Check quality and temperatures throughout the day to ensure Sweet Cow quality and safety standards are met or exceeded
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures in both truck and shop.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the truck and shop. Ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire truck/shop.
  • Effectively handle customer concerns and complaints
  • Works as part of the team to prepare the truck for each shift
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Sweet Cow
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Contributes to a positive team & work environment in/out of the shop/truck.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENT

  • Valid drivers license, impeccable driving record and skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently or in team setting
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
