We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Food Truck Support & Warehouse Team Member on a part-time basis during night shifts. As a member of our team, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck and warehouse activities. This job would start between 4:00pm-6:00pm most days and last until 10:30 or 11:00pm.

As a Food Truck & Warehouse Support Team Member, you will:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, prep kitchen area and warehouse
• Process chicken for the Food Truck Team to serve on location the following day
• Restock the truck for the following day
• Clean all dirty dishes from the Food Truck
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Work approximately 25- 35 hours per week

Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

• Legally work in the United States
• Be 18 years or older
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Read, write, complete basic math and communicate verbally, unless discussed prior to hiring
• Work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Be mobile and work on their feet for several hours at a time during shifts
• Lift items up to 50 pounds, unless there is a specific reason not to
• Work well under pressure
• Respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
