Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefitted position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired into this position.
This is the opportunity to gain experience and contribute to the success of the Division I Football Program at the University of North Dakota in the competitive Missouri Valley Football Conference. This role is designed to identify motivated, self-driven FWS students that want to be involved with UND's Football Program.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assisting the recruiting coordinator on game day, unofficial visits, and official visits
* Retrieval and sorting of mail
* Filming practice and games
* Answering phones and communicating correspondence with UND Football Staff
* Practice set-up and break down on a daily basis
* Work with coaches during practice to help set-up and execute the drills
* Learn how to properly fit and maintain equipment such as helmets and shoulder pads
* Maintain an accurate inventory on a daily basis
* Locker room set-up for all home games
* Perform game day duties that will be specified by the DFO
* Equipment maintenance and cleaning
* Ensure proper storage of equipment
* Other projects assigned

Minimum Requirements
* Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office products
* Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
* Must have an accepted Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
* Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
