About Us:

Nicoha Concrete, based in Lehi, Utah, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Footing/Foundation Workers. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in constructing footing and foundation formwork for commercial and residential construction, we invite you to apply. Experience with Symons forms, handset forms, and gang forms is preferred.

This position's schedule varies but is typically Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Identify hazards associated with assignments and seek clarification when needed.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Tie rebar.
• Pack footing/foundation forms.
• Build footing/foundation forms.
• Pour concrete.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in footing and foundation work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Working knowledge of Symons forms.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and transfer 50+ pounds continuously.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and Reliable form of transportation
• Candidates must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and a Background Check
