Required experience: 10+ years of experience in working with modeling and simulation in any capacityCertification: Ability to obtain an IA-T2 Certification within 45 days of hireDescription:
- Develop and execute modeling and simulation functions to support exercises, wargames, and cyber operations planning.
- Use and adapt modeling and simulation tools to analyze resource planning and decision-making during wargames.
- Lead efforts to design and assess new tools and methods for cyber exercise scenarios.
- Support post-execution analysis to refine and improve future wargaming and force design activities.
- Develop complex decision-support tools to enhance modeling and simulation capabilities in support of force design and resource planning.
- Provide technical expertise on ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
- As part of a community of machine learning and data engineers, collaborate with cyber defense professionals across the DoD.
