Responsibilities
- Determine work requested on repair orders
- Perform repairs and document them
- Road test vehicles to quality check
- Maintain CSI levels established by manufacturer and dealership standards
- Keep abreast of manufacturers training
- Operate and test equipment, hoist, and hand tools
- Maintain a clean work area by OSHA and dealership service safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience as a line technician at a major manufacturer
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- ASE Certification is preferred
- Diesel experience is a plus
- General mechanical skills with knowledge of all aspects of automobile repair and maintenance
- Good judgment, ability to operate power and hand tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Hours
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
- Every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
