Ford Team Leader Technician - North Park Lincoln

Earn up to $48.00 per flagged hour. We are offering a $10,000 - $12,000 sign-on/retention

North Park Lincoln is currently hiring for an experienced Ford Team Leader Technician. This Team leader will lead a group of Ford technicians in the repair of Ford Vehicles.

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, repair Ford Vehicles.

* Able to lead a group of technicians and help train new technicians in Ford repair processes.

* Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

* Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

* Maintain an organized and neat bay.

* Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.

* Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

* Road test vehicles when needed.

Qualifications.

* Ford or ASE certification required.
