The Foreman Apprentice position is designed for individuals who aspire to advance their careers and take on more responsibilities.Job Description: The Foreman Apprentice will work closely with the Crew Foreman to learn all aspects of team management, client relations, and lawn care operations. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Crew Foreman.Responsibilities:Assist the Crew Foreman in daily operations and team management.Participate in training and development programs.Perform lawn care tasks alongside field technicians.Learn and apply company standards and procedures.Communicate with clients under the supervision of the Crew Foreman.Attend weekly crew meetings.Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.Keep trailer/equipment clean and organized.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Some experience in lawn care or a related field preferred.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Valid driver's license.Must have own reliable transportation.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Clean background check.Live local to the area.Benefits:Financial off-season compensation (Dec 25-March 15).Worker's compensation insurance.Training & growth opportunities.Five paid holidays per year after the first 12 months of employment.Competitive pay.Flexibility.Get paid to exercise outside!$150-$350 sign-on bonus.$500 annual spring return-to-work bonus.Receive up to 50% of educational expenses paid for continuing education in a related field.Work Hours: M-Th, 7:00am to 6:30pm (During busy times of the year and depending on the weather, it may be necessary/optional to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays).To Apply:STEP 1 - ApplyPLEASE DO NOT CALL!
