This role involves coordinating schedules,communicating with clients and team members, managing documentation, and assisting with varioustasks to facilitate project execution.Responsibilities:•Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating roofing projects.•Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather information and coordinateproject activities.•Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.•Assist with procurement of materials and equipment needed for roofing projects.•Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues or delays.•Coordinate logistics, such as transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.•Assist in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.•Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses.•Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customersatisfaction.Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction managementis a plus.•Previous experience in commercial roofing required.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Physical Requirements:•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.•Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.•Mobility to navigate construction sites and climb ladders is required.To apply click apply now or visit our website at You may also send your resume for immediate consideration to with subject field commercial roofing.
