Key Responsibilities - Responsible for electrical work as assigned to specific construction site and parameters of same.
- Assigns duties to Helpers as required and appropriate to Helper knowledge.
- Train and develop Helpers to ensure understanding and clarity of safe work practices while working within the electrical realm on all construction job sites
Qualifications - Must have experience at Journeyman level or certification of Journeymen training by an accredited school.
- Experience working with electrical systems in healthcare facilities a plus.
- Must possess own tools applicable to line of work of that of a Journeyman.
- Must have knowledge of working tools listed below and ability to train Helpers on same as applicable.
- Must possess basic understanding of electrical work.
- Must possess lead capacity to train Helpers assigned to assist electrician.
- Must understand all electrical protocols within projects assigned.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and product data.
- Drug Test and Background check are required.
- Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time.
