This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently supervising onsite operational activities which may include pit and/or plant production (secondary processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment operations. Additionally, the foreman is responsible for providing leadership to hourly workforce to ensure safe and efficient production, maintenance, and customer service.
