- Review drawings, specifications, and proposed project site conditions
- Work with office personnel to form creative solutions to project issues
- Maintain and support all internal safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures
- Record time for equipment and staff
- Record and track daily quantities
- Lead weekly safety meetings
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Communication with office personnel for updates and projects
- Assign tasks to crew members and supervise crew's work
What You Will Bring to Us:
- Must have Construction background.
- Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and HCSS
- Must be able to read and understand specs, drawings, and proposals
- Must be familiar with CIP/ Precast structures that utilize falsework
- Must have experience with major public or private works projects
- Must be able to deal with quantity take-off and able to summarize using an Excel spreadsheet
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work well within a team
- 4 years technical degree preferred
