Job Description: Carpenter – Renovations & Home Modifications

About UsWe are a dynamic construction team specializing in single-family home renovations and custom home modifications. Our projects include kitchens, bathrooms, ADA-accessible updates, and structural modifications. We seek a skilled carpenter with a jack of all trades mentality to join our team.

Position OverviewThe Carpenter is responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across various residential renovation and modification projects. This role involves hands-on construction tasks, problem-solving, and ensuring each project meets client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, trim, and finish work.
• Install doors, windows, flooring, drywall, and other structural and aesthetic elements.
• Assist in home modifications such as ADA-compliant installations and custom builds.
• Troubleshoot and repair structural issues, ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and the project team to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in residential renovations.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools with attention to safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
