Shop Foreman Job Summary The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including the safety and efficiency of the staff, equipment, and processes. The Shop Foreman will work closely with the Shop Managers and other staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that production runs smoothly. Shop Foreman Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) Keep cars orderly/Neat-even Ensure next car is ready/accessible with parts for technician. Help accept/return/put away parts Help tow trucks pick up/drop off cars Assist customers getting items from their vehicle/tags for total loss cars.
