Summary:A construction company in the petroleum industry is looking to hire a Foreman based out of Orlando, FL. This position will be responsible for overseeing commercial gas station projects. Duties include leading a construction crew, operating heavy equipment, installing sheet piling, underground tanks, fuel piping and dispensers, shooting grades, site layout and training laborers on all related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail and/or Commercial Gas Station construction.Responsibilities:* Lead and train construction crews.* Plan, organize, and direct projects while adhering to budget constraints.* Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.* Install sheet piling and de-watering systems.* Install underground and aboveground fuel oil storage tanks, related piping, and dispensers.* Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.* Shoot grades and establish elevations accurately.* Oversee entire project and maintain accurate daily logs.* Enforce all safety rules and regulations.Job RequirementsRequirements:* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Petroleum construction, working on underground tank and piping installation projects* Ability to travel within a 1-hour radius up to 40% of the time* Ability to shoot grades* Ability to read blueprints and build to spec* Ability to operate heavy construction equipment* CDL required
