Company vehicle ( Based on job function) What you'll do as a ForemanLead crews to meet project timelinesHelp with training of crew membersRead and understand blueprintsHelp ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulationsAssist Supervisor with day to day activitiesSpeak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issuesSafely use heavy equipment and machineryPerform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assigned What you'll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyA valid driver's licenseHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferredAt least three years of related work experiencePrevious Foreman experience preferredPhysical abilities & exposuresRoutinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job â it's your pathway to opportunity.
