- 10+ experience in construction/fabrication with wood.
- 10+ experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience of people and projects - 5+ years
- Experience providing Quality Control
- An interest in wood wizardry.
- Experience with inventory - trees, wood, steel connectors
- Experience in completing work off shop drawings including red-lining and final sign off
- Experience hiring and training team members
- An attitude of learning and sharing your acknowledge
- Has a driver license and can independently get to work and from work each day.
- Project Management experience.
- Quick to smile.
- Ability to regularly commute daily to Ashland, ME.

Responsibilities for this Position:
- Constructs, maintains, alters, and repairs building components and structures
- Measures, saw, and erects product made from wood per shop drawings
- Perform Take-Offs (lumber and steel specification)
- Maintains power and hand tools and equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
- Leads small teams and projects
- Mentor entry and mid level team members
- Be an example of the Whole Trees culture
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Compensation:Full time wage commensurate with experience. WholeTrees would expect 40 hours per working week,with required overtime as needed.
