In this role, you will develop, with clients, a treatment plan based on identified needs, providing evidence-based interventions for behavioral health care and crisis intervention. You will implement treatment that facilitates the client's progress toward their goals and objectives. You will advocate for client needs, protecting client rights to privacy and confidentiality; prepare accurate and concise assessment reports, treatment reviews and discharge summaries, consistent with Agency standards, ACT Team fidelity model and applicable administrative rules.
