: Job Details :

* SRE/PSM role with support and maintenance responsibilities. * Has to work with onshore/nearshore/offshore team members for any production issue resolution. * Engage with business stakeholders and customers on regular basis. * Participate on recurring & ad-hoc business meetings. * Engagement in Knowledge Transfer sessions with Dev Teams and Business partners during the design and development phases of new applications, or added features/functionality to existing applications to enhance the resiliency of said application. * Provide application support during off hours and weekends when required. * Use application and infrastructure monitors to ensure production systems stability. * Engage on escalation calls for owning application issues. * Do review, analysis & coding changes implementation on production issue ticket. * Do collaborative work with application dev teams. * Follow release process for any code changes. * Identify automation / process improvements on existing systems and implement the changes.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
