Shift: 2nd shiftFacility: (Impaction) 6100 Cochran Road, Solon OH 44139Salary Grade: Hourly H (H)Hiring Manager:Position Summary:At this level, the associate can perform more complex duties per standard work, including process changeovers and troubleshooting with minimal guidance or help from a trainer or supervisor. They can recognize and solve some non-routine problems.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Able to perform all task of previous JLG levelsSet-up and Troubleshoot to Standard WorkDemonstrates the ability to determine why there is abnormal machine operation or abnormal dimensional or cosmetic problems with the part during the manufacturing run.Adjust dies, die holders, presses, or part handling equipment to repair or improve something outside the set-up information.Can function virtually independently with little or no technical guidance from supervision & technical support, in all areas of the manufacturing process, including but not limited to, General Requirements, Forging Knowledge, Forging Operation, Trim Operation, Gages, Set-Up, and Troubleshooting.May interact with associates in other functional areas within the respective plant, or, at another facility, and can oversee and assist with department development.
