DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places2. Identify damages and report the damages or quality deficiencies3. Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance4. Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs5. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines6. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities7. Moving of boats from dry storage unit to water safely8. Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor9. Other duties as assigned by managementOPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be both a team player and self-starter.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Prior forklift experience - Marina experience preferable.2. Must have a positive attitude.3. Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.4. Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Excellent attention to detail.7. Must be able to pass a background check.8. Basic water safety skills9. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.10. Ability to work under pressure.11. Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property.12. General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
