Job Requisition #: 029202 Fork Lift Operator (Open) Job Description: Starting wage $19.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Frequent performance reviews with wage increases within first 2 years of employment (Get to up to $25.17 after 2 yrs). Benefits Package starts DAY 1 of employment- Major Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Tuition Reimbursement. 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated in 1st year based on date of hire) 10 Paid company holidays Generous Monthly production bonuses based off machine performance Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and track shipments.Load or unload shipments in delivery trucks.Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.Label and stockpile shipments according to size, shape, and type.Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.Completes reports by entering required information.Routine quality checks on finished products.Provides quality service by following organization standards.Follow safety regulations.Other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceTypically possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and SkillsGood physical stamina and manual dexterity.Ability to work with a team in a fast pace environment.Good organizational and time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Solution oriented problem solver. 40 EEO Statement: We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
