Their duties include:Moving materials: Transporting goods between production lines, storage areas, and loading docks.Loading and unloading: Picking, packing, and loading products onto and off trailers.Stacking: Stacking loads in the correct storage bays.Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks on the forklift and other equipment.Safety: Ensuring that forklift driving areas are clear of obstructions and spills, and adhering to health and safety regulations.Documentation: Completing forms and handling documentation.Record keeping: Maintaining accurate production records and reports of issues.Relatable skills to this position: Light Industrial, Forklift, Operator, DriverAnalyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm or organization.Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
