Compensation: $19.00 per hourSELECTEMP is partnering with a 3rd generation family-owned manufacturer of eco-friendly flooring and facade materials located in Lebanon, Oregon. They are looking to add a motivated Forklift Driver and Warehouse Laborer to their team for the second shift. This fast-paced and physically demanding role involves operating a forklift to transport materials, lifting heavy bags (50-60 lbs), and climbing stairs regularly. In addition to forklift operation, you will beassisting with general warehouse tasks. Also, you may eventually perform quality control checks, follow detailed formulas and recipes.If you're looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Forklift certification is required.Duties:
- Operate forklift to move materials
- Perform quality control

- Sticker bags and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Forklift certified
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and climb stairs regularly
- Ability to read formulas and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in warehouse or production preferred
- Physically Fit
