FT: Forklift Driver, Jamestown. Responsibilities Safe Operation: Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies. Conduct pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition.Material Handling: Load, unload stack, and arrange materials or products using a forklift. Move materials between storage areas, production lines, trucks or other designated locations. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to the required destinations.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly documenting materials received, moved, or shipped. Conduct periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.Warehouse Organization: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Arrange materials or products in a logical and efficient manner to facilitate easy access retrieval.Safety Awareness: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
