Position: Forklift Driver/Reach TruckPay: $19 per hourSchedule: Monday through Saturday or Sunday through Friday (MUST be able to work 6 days a week); we are hiring for 3 separate shifts: -6 a.mstart time -2 p.mstart time -10 p.mstart timeLocation: Vernon, CA 90058Overview:As a Forklift Operator, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations teamYour primary responsibility will be to efficiently and safely operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouseYou will contribute to maintaining an organized and productive warehouse environment while ensuring the timely movement of goods.Duties: -Operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse -Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas -Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure its proper functioning -Assist in inventory management by accurately recording movement of materials -Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries -Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlinesRequirements: -1+ years of Forklift experience - MUST have experience with Reach Trucks -Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory -Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes in a distribution center setting
