Now Hiring Forklift Drivers and Material Handlers in McAllen,TX! Schedule: We have multiple shift options available, let us help you find the right fit! Pay: $12-$14/hr. Paid weeklyResponsibilities:
- Operate forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in picking and packing orders according to customer specifications.
- Ensure that materials are stored in designated locations and organized efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Job Requirements: Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a forklift or material handling equipment.
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes up to 50 pounds or more.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
