In the packing room this includes packing, stacking, preparing machines for startup, handling raw materials, as well as monitoring and making adjustments to seasoner and machine programs. In the kettle room the Floater is responsible for assisting the Lead Kettle Operator with the chip frying process. In the basement the Floater is responsible for sorting product as well as operating the peeling system.
