Job Description:
SUMMARY: Operate a forklift to transport product within the warehouse safely and efficiently. Supply products to the Pick-Line operations as needed to ensure products are available in the pick-line locations at all times and assist with all inventory control related activities. Accurately move product from the receiving dock to bulk storage, complete transfers in Oracle system via RF gun. Pull re-supply orders accurately in a timely manner for shipment to QRC's, SC's and DC's as required. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: • Accurately record products transferred within the warehouse and provide real-time update to the inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system • Assist with accurately pulling products for pick-line bulk Distributor orders. Provide pallet count and weight to the department Supervisor and/or Manager for shipment processing. • Accurately complete put away from dock of approved pallets to the bulk locators and provide real-time update to the inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system. • Accurately pull resupply orders for truck load shipments to sales centers and QRC's; record accurate information on pick list of any changes made i.e. locator, lot number and/or quantity. • Assist with accurately transferring products to MRB location as needed, pull and dispose of products scheduled for physical disposal, and any inventory control related product movements as necessary. • As scheduled or when necessary, assist with opening product cases to minimize delay in the product replenishment process. • Understand the inventory management systems allocation process in regard to item/locations in the warehouse and seek to move only unallocated items out of stocking locations. • Operate forklifts in a safe and appropriate manner. • Unload inbound trailers as required; verify pallet count, case count, sku, lot#, expiration date and inspect for any damages. Complete appropriate paperwork for receipt. • Assist with cycle count and physical inventory processes in accordance with set counting schedules. Accurately record counts and report any variances found during count process. • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area • Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 1 - 3 years in general warehouse environment. • 1-year Forklift Operator experience. • Good working knowledge of warehousing operations as it relates to the specific functions of product movement, inventory systems, and forklift operations. EDUCATION: • High school education PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) • Inventory experience • PTL systems experience • Customer Service experience About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
