Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift positions. Forklift positions pay $18.20/hour on 3rd Shift. We offer an extra $0.50 per hour in addition to the hourly rate listed for perfect attendance for the week (per eligibility requirements).

Employment Type & Shifts Job ResponsibilitiesForklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include:
- Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.
- Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
- Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
- Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
- Correctly interpret operational method sheet.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.
- Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.
We provide bonuses in the first 6 months as follows: $400 retention bonus after 30 days and a $500 tenure bonus after 6 months. Bonuses are per eligibility requirements.
- Must have Forklift experience.
- Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs from floor to shoulder height occasionally.
- Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.
- Manual dexterity and grip strength.
- Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.
- Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
