Forklift Operator Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate:$20/hr DOE Location: Rocky Hill, CT Experience: 6+ months of Forklift Operator experience We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Forklift Operator / Forklift Driver in Rocky Hill, CT! We have been given an opportunity to assist an exciting company in this market! Our client is a local and expanding company looking for experienced forklift operators that are looking to grow within a company! Forklift Operator Responsibilities include:
- Operate a sit down forklift
- Load materials onto trucks and flatbeds
- Move material within the warehouse
- Uphold a safe work environment
- Perform various miscellaneous warehouse tasks
- Cross-train on other various machinery as needed
Forklift Operator Preferred Skills include:
- Sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker, reach truck experience
- Able to operate a pallet jack
- RF Scanner, Voice Pick, pick-sheet experience
- OSHA Certification
Forklift Operator Requirements include:
- Must have relevant forklift experience
- Maintain safety practices at all times
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug test
- Willingness to submit to a Forklift assessment
