Warehouse Associate$18 - $19/hr | Omaha, NEA large cold storage facility is looking to hire multiple warehouse associates. This is a brand-new facility with lots of opportunity. They are willing to train on forklift operation with prior warehouse operation. The yare holding a tour every Tuesday of this month.Responsibilities:Will be trained on operation of pallet jacks, sit down forklifts, and high reach forkliftsUse scanners to keep track of the items they are moving through WMS softwareAlso need to prepare those items to be moved, by placing them on pallets, wrapping them, etc.Qualifications:6+ Months Experience in WarehouseForklift Experience is preferredWilling to work in temps as low as -10 degrees F while wearing company provided protective gearUse of RF ScannersLift up to 75 poundsWilling to submit to post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background checkShift/Work Environment4 different Shifts1st: M-F: 6AM - 2:30PM: $18/hr2nd: M-F: 2PM - 10:30PM: $19/hr3rd: M-F: 10PM - 6:30am410: M,T,F: 9:30AM - 8PM. Sat: 6am-4:40pm: $18/hrFreezer: temps get as low as -10 degrees FTeam Size: 30Dress Code: Cold Protective Gear, Jeans, Composite Toed Safety Shoes, Safety Glasse sAll PPE for warm gear will be provided aside from Safety Toed Boots/Shoes.
