Job Summary: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM
Description: We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Harrisburg. In this role, you will operate forklifts and handle various warehouse tasks, including moving and inspecting rolls, removing and installing bearings, picking parts, and assembling machines. A strong understanding of precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers is required. A background check will be conducted.
Responsibilities: - Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Perform tasks such as inspecting rolls, removing and installing bearings, picking parts, and assembling machines.
- Accurately read and use calipers and micrometers to ensure precise measurements.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document and report inventory and equipment usage as needed.
- Work effectively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and use calipers and micrometers for precision tasks.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment safely.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
