Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Forklift Operator for a company based in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials around the worksite. You must have reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Pay Rate$14-17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. (Subject to Change)Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, in accordance with company or site-specific safety policies and procedures. Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated area. Check product on inbound/outbound to ensure that items and quantities are correct and there is no damage. Use handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
