If you have previous experience operating a forklift and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.- Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or trucks.- Move goods to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.- Stack and store merchandise in appropriate locations.- Ensure accurate inventory counts by performing cycle counts as required.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.- Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report any defects or issues.- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed, such as picking, packing, and shipping orders.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse environment.- Valid certification to operate a forklift (if required by state or local regulations).- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills.- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
