JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed properly.Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouseEnsure Safety Protocols and Procedures are followed and maintain safe storage in all racking.Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to managementProperly pull, stage, pack and load outgoing deliveries and transfers, ensuring product is not damaged in the process.Load and secure trucks by DOT, ensuring safe transportation of goods that does not damage product.Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standardsMaintain a clean and well-organized warehouse and workplace.QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to lift 50 pounds or moreAbility to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standingExperience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailInterpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouseExperience using a forklift is required and professional forklift certification is preferred.Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importanceAbility to work a somewhat variable shift based on workload each day.Ability to work in extreme temperatures based on weather changes.*Benefits: * Medical, Dental/ Vison/ Life Insurance, 401k with company match, 7 company-paid holidays, and Paid vacation time.
