Founded in 1963, Townley Engineering & Manufacturing is a rapidly growing, American-made solutions expert for wear and abrasion problems found in the mining, dredging, and power industries. We have an opening for a Forklift Operator who moves material and product around our facilities. This role drives around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. Essential Functions
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safely load/unload trailers ensuring weight distribution, load integrity, and all shipping instructions are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

Required Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
Required Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products.
