Labor Solutions is looking for Forklift Operator for one of their fastest growing customers. This job is temp-to-hire position.
12-hour PM shift. Rotating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments. Ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored.
- Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
- Equipment Operation Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Warehouse Organization Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Optimize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
