IF THIS DESCRIBES YOU, KEEP READING!Muscogee Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local manufacturer that distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics. The products include plate, sheet and extensive offerings of long products for general engineering, aerospace and commercial markets. Role & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift to load flatbed trucks for next day deliveries.
- Offload weekly shuttle of completed orders.
- Assure that material is loaded for optimum delivery schedule.
- Communicate with drivers on a daily basis.
- Scan material documents to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Promote safe work activities and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Minimum two years of experience as a safe forklift operator in a distribution environment preferred.
- Computer skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics preferred.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb on to truck beds as needed.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
