Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title: Forklift OperatorLocation: West Coxsackie, NYPay Range: $21 per hourShift:Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pmWhat's the Job?
  • Operate forklifts and reach trucks to transport materials and finished products within the warehouse.
  • Fulfill orders through order entry, administration, and shipping processes.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support the organization's warehouses by processing, packaging, and storing supplies and materials.
  • Execute the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures.
What's Needed?
  • Entry-level position; must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in material handling and/or forklift operation is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to cross-train in various areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
