Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for the movement of products or materials within a production or warehouse environment. Using powered tools and vehicles, this role supports the smooth operation of production or distribution processes by transporting,loading, and unloading goods while maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling:- Operate industrial vehicles, such as forklifts and powered pallet jacks, to transport raw materials, finished goods, and products within designated areas.
- Load and unload trailers and route trucks.
- Perform manual handling of products or materials as required.
Compliance:- Adhere to regulatory and company policies, including safety standards.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC (CCSWB) Safety Specifications.
Maintenance and Organization:- Maintain organized and efficient storage and transportation of materials.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper operation.
QualificationsEducation- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience- 0-3 years of general work experience required.
- 1+ year of warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience preferred.
- Experience in high-speed industrial environments is a plus.
Skills and Certifications- Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks or lifts.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to wear steel-toe boots at all times during shifts.
